Design AI solutions with Microsoft platforms and Python at EQ Bank in a hybrid Toronto workplace technology environment. Improve service delivery and productivity.The AI Solutions Engineer supports Technology Workplace Services at EQ Bank. You will analyze processes, engineer secure automations, and improve digital workplace experiences. The work spans Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, APIs, PowerShell, Python, analytics, and governance.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and process-improvement opportunitiesDesign, test, deploy, and support AI-powered workplace solutionsIntegrate Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, HR, identity, and reporting systemsImplement validation, monitoring, documentation, and human oversightProvide targeted workplace technology support when requiredRequirements:
Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in a related disciplineFive or more years in related technical or service rolesExperience delivering AI, automation, scripting, analytics, or low-code solutionsKnowledge of generative AI, orchestration, retrieval, grounding, and evaluationUnderstanding of ITIL, security, privacy, governance, and data lifecycle principlesApply AI engineering, process improvement, and responsible governance to strengthen EQ Bank workplace services in Toronto.
