Drive operational excellence across regional sites.As Regional Manager, Workplace Solutions Americas, you will oversee deliverables supporting Keysight’s operations. The scope includes security, facilities management, safety, insurance, real estate, branding, employee engagement, and crisis management. You will align operational priorities with business needs and financial planning.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for Operational Excellence across the AmericasOversee workplace solutions deliverables and site improvement projectsIntegrate mergers, acquisitions, and infrastructure projects into operationsCoordinate global initiatives, branding, engagement, and IT infrastructurePartner with CBRE managers on priorities and spending forecastsRequirements:
Minimum five years of facilities management experienceMinimum five years of business management experienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in a related fieldFinancial analysis and statistical methods experienceCommunication, vendor management, and scenario planning skillsBring regional leadership, facilities expertise, and strategic vendor management to Keysight’s Americas Workplace Solutions organization.
