Technology Workplace Services Manager

Lead Technology Workplace Services at EQ Bank in Toronto, using end user support operations and people management in a hybrid workplace.This manager oversees the bank’s operational workplace technology services. The position manages intake, triage, incident and service request resolution, reporting, and process improvement. It also develops Technologists through recruiting, training, coaching, knowledge transfer, and internship experiences.Key Responsibilities:
