- Serve as a business partner delivering financial insights
- Establish and track KPIs to assess performance
- Conduct monthly forecasting and variance analysis
- Facilitate budget development and long-range planning
- Implement processes for accurate financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
- Strong communication for data translation
- Proven experience in process improvement initiatives
