Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making
• Manage departmental budget preparations and quarterly analyses
• Drive enhancements in financial reporting tools
• Lead process improvement projects across the department
• Collaborate to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:

• CPA designation and 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in financial reporting and budgeting
• Proven track record of project leadership and collaboration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
