Medical Science Liaison - Allergan Aesthetics
AbbVie
Field-based Medical Science Liaison role at AbbVie's Allergan Aesthetics division in Montreal. Establishes relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to deliver scientific education on aesthetic medicine products and disease states, while supporting clinical trials and professional symposia.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders, regional advocates, healthcare organizations, and professional societies
- Deliver accurate scientific information supporting product and disease education strategies
- Represent company at national and regional scientific meetings and professional congresses
- Develop and coordinate sponsored symposia, speaker bureaus, and advisory boards with Medical Advisor
- Conduct round table scientific exchanges with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in assigned territory
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD)
- Minimum 3 years directly related experience in medical affairs
- Fluency in French (mandatory)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience in pharmaceutical or start-up organization
- Field-based experience preferred
- Ability to travel 75% in-country and internationally
