Key Responsibilities: - Optimize and assess tailings storage facilities through full lifecycle - Conduct risk assessments and dam safety reviews - Produce detailed engineering analyses and technical documents - Foster client relationships and contribute to project proposals - Supervise site investigations and quality assurance processes
Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering - At least 8 years of experience in mine waste management - Proficient in geotechnical software for analysis - P.Eng. designation in Ontario or nearing qualification - Willingness to travel for site projects as needed
