Role Summary
Drive the Canadian rollout of SAP S/4HANA with Brooksource as an Enterprise Transformation and Deployment Lead in Laval. Your expertise in project management and change management will ensure successful adoption and execution. This leadership role requires a skilled transformation expert to facilitate the ASPIRE program in Canada.
Overseeing comprehensive SAP S/4HANA deployments, you will align local operations with global strategies, ensuring effective project governance and stakeholder engagement. Manage resources and enhance operational readiness for a smooth go-live transition while fostering local team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between global teams and local affiliates
- Execute ASPIRE deployment framework through all project phases
- Oversee critical project tasks including data management and testing
- Secure and onboard necessary project resources
- Drive local change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years’ experience with 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in large-scale project management
- Solid change management skills
- Bilingual in English and French
