Sales Manager / Coach - Recruitment and HR

We are a small company  in the recruitment and hiring industry looking to add a second sales team of 10-15 sales people.

We are a very entrepreneurial firm. we are seeking an Entrepreneurial sales Manager/Coach.

We are looking for an experienced sales manager who will hire, train,  manage and coach new sales representatives who will be working from their home offices on straight high commission.

You will be responsible to grow a sales team of 10-15 remote sales reps and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, training and management, them maintain a team of 15 sales reps.

They are your team and you are 100% responsible for their success and yours. Your coaching and mentoring skills will be crucial to your success as a sales manager. You will handle the day to day operations of your team and be required to ensure all your sales reps are hitting their KPI's.

This is a 100% remote work from home position.

Your team of sales reps will be selling to companies of all sizes to help them with their recruitment and hiring needs. Every day across the country over 7 million open jobs are advertised. They will be selling  recruiting and hiring services .  You will be required to run or assist sales meetings and close deals.

Must haves:

• Experience in Recruiting, Job Postings or help wanted advertising sales preferred
• Experience managing a team of sales representatives
• Experience with inside sales
• Experience in hiring and managing a 100% commission sales force. 
• Experience and patience training sales reps on an ongoing basis
• Strong communication skills over the phone
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of clients over time
• The ability to mentor and coach sales representatives
• Strong computer, CRM, internet and social media skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• The ability to assist in closing clients
• Strong presentation skills for clients
• Experience dealing with sales agreements and contracts

Nice to have:

• Previous inside sales experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting, hiring, HR solutions, advertising, online advertising, classified advertising, help wanted advertising, job postings, promotional items or software as a service
• Experience and knowledge of Recruiting/HR practices
• Experience mentoring and coaching “green” sales representatives
• Experience managing a remote workforce
• Experience managing straight commission sales reps

We offer an excellent compensation plan with uncapped commissions / overrides and bonus.
