Nous recrutons actuellement pour des postes à temps partiel et à temps plein sur contrat à notre centre de Moncton. En tant que Représentant(e) à la clientèle au Service gouvernemental bilingue, vous répondrez aux besoins d'information des citoyens qui contactent le service gouvernemental. Ce poste est une mission temporaire de 3 mois avec possibilité de prolongation : c'est une occasion unique de faire connaissance avec notre équipe dynamique ! ~ Des bureaux lumineux et spacieux avec des espaces de détente, une salle de sport, une salle de jeux et bien d'autres équipements pour rendre votre journée de travail agréable. Vous proposez un service chaleureux, informé et axé sur la recherche de solutions à tous les citoyens qui ont besoin d'une assistance téléphonique ;
~ Vous aidez les gensen répondant à leurs questions concernant les requêtes suivantes : Processus de renouvellement des demandes administratives ;
Transfert de l’appel vers un service spécialisé, si nécessaire. ~ Vous êtes bilingue (anglais et français). ~ Date de début de la formation : 25 novembre Chez, empathie, authenticité et innovation nous guident au quotidien.
