- Implement and configure Microsoft CRM and Power Platform solutions
- Develop actionable insights to surpass project deliverables
- Ensure timely project completion within defined budgets
- Communicate architectural designs effectively to stakeholders
- Mentor and inspire team members for professional growth
- 5 to 10 years of CRM implementation experience
- 3 to 5 years dedicated to D365 Customer Service
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
- Proficient with Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Willingness to travel across Canada up to 20%
