Senior Solutions Engineering Team Leader

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop engineering team through feedback
- Track and supervise customer retention KPIs
- Conduct technical discussions with priority accounts
- Create strategies for managing at-risk accounts effectively
- Work in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Minimum of 5 years in Solutions Consulting or Technical Support
- Leadership experience with engineering teams
- Proficient in web technologies and troubleshooting
- Strong communication abilities for technical clarity
- Familiarity with Customer Success metrics and KPIs
