You'll be responsible for delivering a great customer experience by managing team performance, ensuring the store achieves sales goals, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire those around you and help foster the growth of fellow beauty enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire the team to enhance customer engagement
- Oversee store operations and meet sales goals
- Enforce safety and security policies among staff
- Ensure the store is well-presented and appealing
- Cater to customer beauty needs with tailored advice
- At least 3 years of retail/customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales management experience
- Experience with operational management
- Passionate about hair and beauty products
- Must be 18 years old or older
