Partial Live in Opportunity

I am a midwifery student in my final year long placement. I am a single parent with 5 children 70% of the time. The parenting schedule is guaranteed so there are regular, guaranteed days off. My position will require me to be on call. I am currently seeking someone for a partial live in arrangement. It would be approximately 11 nights a month in three different stretches. My oldest 4 children are in school full time, my youngest attends preschool 3 mornings a week. I also have a drop day home she attends on T, W and Th when needed. My need is in the evenings after school, overnight, the early mornings before school and on weekend. There are of course PD days that I would also need help with. This is a partial live in situation is for a couple reasons. One - the room situation is a bit tight as we live in a 3 bedroom house. For the days you are here, you would have one of the kids rooms and they would spend the nights with me (I usually have 2-3 kids in my room anyway so this isn’t that big of a deal for us). You would also have a shared bathroom (we have two full bathrooms - one of them is an ensuite to the main bedroom- and a half bathroom). The second reason is the kids are not always here and I am not always on call so the specific days I require help are only about half the month. I realize this ask is not traditional and I seek someone who is willing to be flexible and open to our needs. We have had lovely nanny's help us over the last 1.5 years however, they have moved on due to maternity leave/university.
