PLEASE READ – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Due to the needs of our clients, applicants must review the qualifications below before applying. Required / Strongly Preferred Experience

• Passion for helping others and making a difference in someone’s life
• Professional caregiving experience or significant family caregiving experience
• Experience supporting palliative or end-of-life clients (strong asset)
• Experience caring for bed-bound clients, including repositioning, personal care, transfers, and comfort support (strong asset)
• Ostomy care experience or confidence supporting ostomy hygiene and maintenance (strong asset)
• Ability to assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
• Strong communication skills and a client-centered, compassionate approach
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and trustworthy
• Vulnerable Sector Background Check required
