Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, their families, and care team members through clear and compassionate communication. 


• Assist clients with personal care activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. 


• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, shopping, and household organization. 


• Companionship


• Transportation Assistance (Driver's License Required)


• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to family members and appropriate care staff. 


• Foster a safe, clean, and supportive home environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life. 


• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
