- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, their families, and care team members through clear and compassionate communication.
- Assist clients with personal care activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, shopping, and household organization.
- Companionship
- Transportation Assistance (Driver's License Required)
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to family members and appropriate care staff.
- Foster a safe, clean, and supportive home environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
