What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $23.00.

12-month contract.

Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

On-site work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site facilities management services to end users while supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Serve as the first point of contact for PC and software-related issues.

Pre-configure desktop equipment.

Coordinate the delivery and setup of desktop equipment.

Manage shipping and receiving activities for equipment sent to remote repair depots.

Set up and deploy scanning templates to equipment.

Adjust and edit third-party fax software including fax books print drivers and related settings.

Provide support and assistance with black-and-white and color printing.

Manage supply inventory.

Maintain finishing equipment.

Assist with print shop finishing activities including hole punching laminating Cerlox binding cutting and binder insertion.

Manage the document database by adding discontinuing and uploading edited forms.

Receive sort stack and manage warehouse inventory.

Maintain the website by managing product inventory adjusting stock levels and updating pricing.

Perform data entry of monthly processed orders for billing purposes.

Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service delivery requirements.

Maintain a working knowledge of equipment and the client IT environment to support operational needs.

What you will need to succeed:

Required qualifications

6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.

1-2 years of experience in a print shop environment.

Proficiency with personal computers including Microsoft Office applications email management web browsing file management and data entry.

Ability to operate configure and support PC-based equipment and software in a networked environment.

Ability to troubleshoot routine issues by following established procedures.

Ability to support print production printing services and finishing activities.

Preferred qualifications

Post-secondary technology training or equivalent experience.
