Our client, a healthcare and administrative services provider, is seeking a Print Production Level 2 to join their team. As a Print Production Level 2, you will be part of the Service Delivery team supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Print Production Level 2
Location: Prince George, BC
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Shift: Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Deliver on-site facilities management services to end users, ensuring operational excellence and positive customer experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for PC and software-related issues
- Pre-configure Xerox desktop equipment and arrange delivery and setup
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of Xerox equipment and supplies
- Support printing operations, including troubleshooting and maintaining printing and finishing equipment
What's Needed?
- Experience with printer setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and software
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in print production processes
