Lead Timber-Tech Building Solutions as the General Manager, steering operational and strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role includes overseeing manufacturing and financial performance while driving growth and innovation. As General Manager, you will influence all aspects of the company's strategic direction and operations. Your leadership will focus on expanding market opportunities and optimizing processes within manufacturing while ensuring high-quality output. This role also involves close collaboration with executive teams to align with organizational objectives and foster a culture of accountability. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for operations and business development
- Oversee daily manufacturing and supply chain management
- Develop budgets and monitor key performance indicators
- Mentor and develop team leaders across departments
- Build relationships with builders and partners for market expansion
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 8–10 years of leadership experience in related industries
- Proven manufacturing or production management experience
- Strong financial management skills
- Knowledge of the residential construction industry is an asset
