MoveSmart Rentals is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant for a remote role operating in the Eastern Time zone. In this position, you will respond to inbound leads, conduct video demonstrations, and directly address property owner's specific needs. This role requires a consultative sales approach and aims to alleviate the expensive issue of property vacancies. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and calls
• Understand prospect needs for leasing solutions
• Conduct professional video demonstrations for prospects
• Guide clients through the agreement and sign-up process
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in CRM

• 3-5 years of consultative or high-ticket service sales experience
• Proven ability to convert leads via phone and video
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management
• Ability to manage multiple demonstrations simultaneously
