SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with Payroll Focus

Step into a pivotal role as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Central. Support key HR initiatives during a PeopleSoft migration. Join our team if you have over eight years of specialized experience in SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise-level HR/payroll solutions. Your expertise will drive Employee Central data management and payroll schemas. A solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance is required for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize Employee Central organizational and position management
- Create and maintain payroll schemas and wage types
- Enhance time tracking and management processes
- Guide data migration and validation projects
- Collaborate with business leads and integrators
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll laws
- Mastery of data mapping and ETL processes
- Hands-on with SAP Migration Center
- Understanding of EC-ECP rep deployments
