Aecon Project Coordinator for Utilities

As the Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager in ensuring smooth operations for the installation of underground utilities. This role involves effective scheduling, site inspections, and meticulous inventory management to maintain project efficiency. Acting as a liaison among teams, you will help uphold our commitment to safety and quality in every task. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage work crews effectively
- Conduct site inspections to facilitate accurate locate requests
- Oversee specialty materials procurement and tool inventory
- Monitor daily equipment status and usage reports
- Ensure safety compliance with inspections and documentation
- Recent College Graduate in related technological fields
- Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency
- Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport required
- Experience in utility construction is an asset
