Project Coordinator
$35 per hourTemporary
Our client is looking for an experienced
Project Coordinator to support project governance, documentation, reporting, and coordination across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Contract: 4 months, with potential for extension
Location:
Toronto - Hybrid (Wednesdays onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation, risk logs, change logs, schedules, and trackers.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and project status updates.
- Organize project records using SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Support project closeout, reporting, and governance activities.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PCO, or similar roles.
- Experience with project documentation, governance logs, and reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project closeout activities.
- Exposure to Microsoft Project, Planview, or Tableau.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise projects.
