Hiring Unit: Distributed Digital Music Archives and Libraries Lab (DDMAL ), Department of Music Research, Schulich School of Music Position Summary: The incumbent will be working on the LinkedMusic Project, creating necessary scripts, interfaces, and/or and test queries to advance the goal of enabling search across multiple music databases through the use of Linked Data. Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with developing software code to advance research goals
• Document scripts and processes used
• Work both independently and in groups on research tasks identified by the Principal Investigator
• Work collaboratively using GitHub issues and pull requests
• Attend scrum meetings reporting on progress and identifying future needs

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities - Two years of relevant experience in the field of work.
