Hospitality POS Sales Executive
Lightspeed Commerce, Inc.
Sell Lightspeed POS and Payments to hospitality venues across NOAM through strategic prospecting, discovery, and tailored screen-share demonstrations. Build momentum independently.
As a full-cycle Account Executive, you will turn cold outreach into qualified opportunities and guide venues toward integrated technology solutions. You will explain Lightspeed features alongside integrations such as Deputy, Xero, and SevenRooms. The work includes pricing negotiations, pipeline forecasting, revenue targets, and collaboration with teams supporting onboarding and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Position Lightspeed as a premier hospitality POS solution
- Convert cold outreach into qualified sales opportunities
- Map product features to operational hospitality needs
- Explain third-party integrations and integrated payments
- Negotiate commercial terms with management support
Requirements:
- Track record as a previous top sales performer
- Confidence running discovery and advancing structured deals
- Ability to defend forecasts when deals are challenged
- Self-directed approach to creating sales momentum
- Fluency in English as a working language
Use consultative selling, hospitality knowledge, and POS expertise to help venues evaluate Lightspeed’s integrated commerce solutions.
