Strategic Account Director Client Retention

Drive client retention and expansion across strategic partnerships through executive engagement, portfolio management, and commercial strategy. This role requires travel.As Director, Strategic Alliance Group, you will advise operators, clients, and senior stakeholders across a complex, multi-client portfolio. You will shape account direction, strengthen relationships, and convert insights into measurable outcomes. The role focuses on retention, growth, and partnership health.Key Responsibilities:
Own retention performance across a defined client portfolioAdvise C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders strategicallyLead key account planning and partnership lifecycle strategiesIdentify, assess, and mitigate commercial and relationship risksLead executive business reviews and partnership decisionsRequirements:
At least 10 years engaging executive client stakeholdersStrong commercial and financial acumen driving growthExperience managing complex portfolios and prioritiesAbility to translate data into actionable strategiesExperience in strategic account management or consultingBring executive relationship leadership, commercial judgment, and retention strategy expertise to strategic client partnerships across the portfolio.
