Director, Client Relations - Growth & Retention Leader

Foundever is seeking a Director, Client Relations to drive growth and retention across key accounts in Canada. You will lead account management efforts, nurture high-value relationships, and regularly liaise with clients to ensure alignment with contracts and program launches.The role emphasizes proactive communication, quarterly client engagements, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver superior CX outcomes. Travel up to 50% and bilingual French/English are assets for success.
