Performance Marketing Manager PPC

Drive performance marketing for Blacksmith Agency’s B2B and growing-brand clients through campaign optimization, attribution, and budget decisions.
This PPC Manager role focuses exclusively on paid media rather than SEO. You own account strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, while shaping the narrative behind performance. Your work includes testing creative, improving measurement, planning client roadmaps, and supporting account retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own paid media strategy for assigned client accounts
- Make budget, bidding, targeting, and campaign decisions
- Run creative tests across paid advertising platforms
- Build trusted conversion tracking with GA4 and tag manager
- Explain results and manage quarterly client roadmaps
Requirements:
- Three-plus years optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns
- Results demonstrating improved ROAS, CPA, or pipeline
- Experience handling multiple agency clients
- Clear spoken English during live US client calls
Use paid media strategy, performance analysis, and client communication to manage measurable growth for Blacksmith Agency accounts.
