Marketing and Brand Partnerships Coordinator

Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a MARKETING AND BRAND PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR to oversee and execute marketing initiatives, content creation, and brand partnership strategies across our dynamic group of companies, which include:

• GRADWEAR - Online platform for custom high school spiritwear
• PROMNIGHT.CA - Prom event production and promotion
• UNIVENT - University formal event production and promotion
• STUDIO 44 MUSIC - Artist management
• DREAM BIGGER - Multi-media brand partnerships

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent organizational skills to manage campaigns, partnerships, and public-facing content that reflect and elevate our brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Develop, plan, and post engaging content for public-facing brands across social media platforms, websites, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create marketing assets, including visuals, videos, and copy.
• Maintain and update artists' digital accounts (social media, websites, and streaming platforms) to reflect new music releases, tour announcements, and pivotal viral moments.
• Design and coordinate the development of promotional materials, including playlists, visual content, and advertising assets, to enhance visibility for artists and their projects.

Digital Marketing

• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for new releases, tours, and special projects, leveraging creative promotional strategies to maximize engagement.
• Create and oversee paid ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and target audiences.
• Submit new release pitches to key partners across streaming platforms, media outlets, and brand collaborators to secure strategic placements and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify insights and optimize future marketing strategies.

Strategic Planning and Analytics

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics across campaigns and platforms, recommending adjustments for optimal results.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for events, partnerships, and ongoing brand growth.

Brand Partnerships

• Manage and track brand partnerships, including deliverables, timelines, and performance analytics.
• Produce detailed partnership reports showcasing campaign outcomes and insights.
• Coordinate outreach for new sponsorships and partnerships, identifying and securing collaborationopportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising.
• Experience with sponsorship outreach, partnership management, or event marketing is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with press release creation and media relations.

Pay: $37,207.29-$62,251.27 per year
