- Deliver high-quality web software through coding and testing
- Spend 90%+ of time coding and refining implementation skills
- Participate in code reviews and integrate feedback
- Collaborate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Resolve bugs and defects identified during testing phases
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 0–2 years of web or software development experience
- Familiarity with an object-oriented programming language
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong problem-solving skills
