Senior AI Full-Stack Software Developer (Python/React)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior AI Full-Stack Software Developer (Python/React) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and application design around an event-oriented architecture.
• Help testers in setting up component and integration tests.
• Participate in the development and evolution of front-end and back-end components for the execution of our algorithms.
• Participate in the technological watch and definition of development standards to ensure system efficiency, resilience and sustainability.
• Optimize the platform for maximum velocity and scalability.
• Optimize and prioritize development tasks in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure the high level of quality of the work delivered.
• Strengthen the development team productivity.
• Oversee the development of appropriate tactics to achieve objectives.
• Support and be proactively involved in problem situations or issues.
• Play a Technical Leader / Mentor role for Squad members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, AWS, and REST/Swagger.
• Good knowledge of Python and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, GenAI, RAG and MLOps best practices.
• Experience with automated UI testing.
• Well documented and the ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.
• For Quebec-based candidates, bilingualism is required to interact regularly with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada; Canadian work experience is not required.
