Shape the next generation of applications as a Lead Software Developer specializing in Full Stack Development in Toronto. Your expertise in Java and SQL alongside an Oracle backend will drive impactful innovations. We have three openings for Senior Software Developers to work on a diverse range of projects. This role demands advanced knowledge of application design principles and a hands-on approach to solving complex development problems. Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and support continuous integration and deployment practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable web applications
- Manage the development life cycle from concept to deployment
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing software packages
- Facilitate design walkthrough sessions with teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards like AODA
- Expertise in JAVA, J2EE, and SQL databases
- Experience working with REST and SOAP web services
- Strong background in using agile development practices
- Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Spring and jQuery
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
