Position: Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager)
Sunbelt Rentals wants you as our Branch Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of branch operations: Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics
- Drive financial performance and operational excellence
- Manage P&L and reporting functions
- Coach and develop your team for success
What We’re Looking For
- Business Management degree + 1 year rental industry experience OR 3–4 years rental industry experience
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

- Understanding of P&L and financial controls
- Sales experience with negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge of construction or industrial markets a plus

Ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lbs+, and work indoors/outdoors as needed.
