You will engage with customers via chat, phone, and written communication for effective problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate responses
Initiate outbound calls to address customer concerns
Collaborate with teams to expedite issue resolutions
Use CRM software and telephony systems effectively
Assist with technical troubleshooting across multiple platforms

Requirements:

3+ years of customer service or support experience
Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
