THE OPPORTUNITY
We're growing - and we need an Inside Promotional Account Manager who:
- Likes to laugh
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Loves juggling multiple projects and connecting with customers
- Is VERY organized
On-target earnings: $45,000–$70,000 , with room to grow as you build your book of business and your track record.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service
- Tackle the unexpected with speed and grace. Coordinating rush orders, navigating freight delays, resolving product issues
- Stay organized across multiple orders while getting the details right
- Providing options to customers, so they get real value in their purchase.
- Collaborate with your team at weekly check-ins to share ideas and strategize
