- Analyze customer operational requirements for automation
- Develop innovative system concepts and architectures
- Prepare detailed engineering estimates and risk assessments
- Support proposal development and project execution
- Facilitate collaboration among engineering teams and partners
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Over 5 years of experience in automation
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and robotics
- Advanced skills in SolidWorks and Office tools
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
