Full-Time Structural Engineer Position
IFAB Engineering Partners LP
IFAB Engineering Partners is seeking a Structural Engineer who thrives in a full-time role focusing on commercial and industrial projects. Use your technical skills to drive project success through collaboration and effective design solutions. As an Intermediate to Senior level engineer, you will engage closely with various disciplines. This position emphasizes field assessments and innovative design while mentoring junior team members. Experience in renovations and knowledge of the food and beverage sector will elevate your qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Function as a licensed structural engineer authorized to seal documents
- Work alongside peers to enhance project designs
- Analyze structural integrity and project requirements
- Lead and mentor junior engineers effectively
- Conduct site observations to ensure design compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
- Minimum three years as a licensed Professional Engineer
- Familiarity with Ontario and National Building Codes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous exposure to the Food and Beverage industry is an asset
