Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Food Production Team Member to join our dynamic food production crew for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on food preparation.

Responsibilities

Cook large batches of chickpeas and other ingredients according to recipes
Mix, prep, and portion food products with precision and consistency
Lift and move items 50 lbs and up regularly
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Use computers to complete production forms and inventory logs
Follow food safety protocols and company procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Take initiative and adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities
Be okay with multitasking throughout the day

✅ Requirements

Male candidate due to the physical nature of the role
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Basic computer skills and ability to fill out forms accurately
Neat, tidy, and detail-oriented work habits
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Strong team player with good communication skills
Previous experience in food production or commercial kitchen is MANDATORY
Foodsafe certification is mandatory
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in production
