Role: Salesforce Experience Cloud Administrator
Level: Intermediate to Senior
Experience: 3+ years
Scope
- Managing Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, custom reports, and dashboards;
- Maintaining and customizing multiple Salesforce Cloud applications;
- Managing operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues;
- Maintain database for integrity and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud portals connected to Service Cloud.
- Manage users, permissions, sharing rules, and portal access.
- Configure Case management, Knowledge articles, and support workflows within Experience Cloud.
- Support portal performance, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to maintain platform stability.
Requirements
- 3+ years Salesforce administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud configuration and portal management.
- Experience supporting Service Cloud processes (Cases, Knowledge, Service Console).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, automation, and configuration tools.
