- Offre des opportunités de mentorat, de coaching et/ou de réseautage aux travailleurs Autochtones
- Offre au personnel des formations sur les compétences culturelles et/ou des formations de sensibilisation afin de créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les travailleurs Autochtones
- Applique des politiques d'embauche qui découragent la discrimination fondée sur l'âge
- Offre des opportunités de mentorat, de coaching et/ou de réseautage aux travailleurs âgés
- Offre des options de retraite progressive qui permettent aux travailleurs âgés de réduire progressivement leur charge de travail (par exemple : des heures de travail flexibles ou réduites, emploi à temps partiel, travail par projet ou saisonnier, etc.)
- Offre des options de réintégration progressive aux travailleurs âgés qui retournent au marché du travail après leur retraite (par exemple : augmentation progressive des heures et des responsabilités)
