Sales Manager – British Columbia
Compensation: Base salary $90,000-$100,000 + 10% performance bonus + $10,200 annual car allowance

A national sales organization is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee commercial execution and team leadership across the British Columbia market. This role is ideal for a strategic, people‑focused sales leader who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and is motivated by building a great team, and driving growth.
The Sales Manager will guide a sales team that sells a diverse portfolio of products. This position requires a balance of coaching, operational discipline, and possessing strong industry insights.
Primary Tasks
Sales Strategy The Sales Manager will lead a team and ensure the needs of clients across all territory’s are being met. The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging data to guide decisions and refine execution.
Work alongside distributors The Sales Manager will strengthen relationships with key customers while securing new listings. The role includes participation in local trade shows and other customer‑facing events.
Lead the B.C. Sales team The Sales Manager will provide mentorship to the sales team as well as clear development opportunities. The leader will spend a great deal of time in the field, create a winning culture where everyone wants to get better.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years leading a sales team (CPG or Foodservice preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- A natural leadership and coaching ability with a competitive spirit
