Construction Site Superintendent - Ground Up New Building - General Contractor

Job Description
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of ground-up construction projects on-site in Prince George.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Coordinate and supervise all site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and ensure site compliance with all codes and standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of pre-fabricated steel building components.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in ground-up new build ICI general construction projects.
- Expertise in managing pre-fabricated steel building construction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to resolve issues and make decisions efficiently on-site.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
