- Manage recovery plans for at-risk initiatives with clear timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional project implementation effectively
- Define and operationalize OKRs and executive reporting standards
- 10+ years in program or project management
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of large-scale program delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like SOC 2
