Senior Quality Lead for Building Projects

Assume a pivotal role as a Senior Quality Lead in Mississauga, overseeing quality assurance across Building projects. This position requires travel to project sites to ensure full compliance with key standards. Reporting to the Quality Director, you will engage in both field coordination and project management activities. Your role is crucial in implementing and reviewing quality processes, from inspections to documentation. With 3–7+ years of construction QA/QC experience, you will ensure material traceability and manage deficiencies effectively, solidifying project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of Project Quality Plans
- Coordinate quality inspections and documentation reviews
- Ensure compliance through site inspections and audits
- Manage quality-related issues and resolutions
- Prepare quality reports for project stakeholders
- Education in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3–7+ years of QA/QC experience in construction
- Strong grasp of codes and quality standards
- Experience in inspections and project turnover
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software
