We are a loving family looking for a reliable, warm, and proactive caregiver to manage our after-school routine. We have three kids aged 2, 4, and 7. Note on the Routine: Most days (4 days/week), you will only be caring for our 2-year-old and 4-year-old. Our 7-year-old joins the after-school routine 1 day a week. If you enjoy working with toddlers and young children, love baking/preparing fun snacks, and can handle a structured evening routine (snack time showers!), we’d love to connect! 📋 Daily Schedule & Responsibilities • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Prep Time):
- Arrive before the kids get home to bake or prepare wholesome, tasty after-school snacks.
- Set up for the evening routine (layout towels, clothes, etc.).
- Welcome & Feed: Greet the kids at 4:00 PM and serve the prepared snacks.
- Hygiene Routine: Assist with showering/bathing and getting into clean clothes
- Engage & Supervise: Keep the kids safely engaged with light play, storytime, or downtime until parents return home at 6:30 PM.
- Tidy Up: Simple kitchen cleanup after snack time.
- Toddler & Preschool Experience: Comfortable managing bath time, snacks, and transitions for 2- and 4-year-olds simultaneously.
- Kitchen Friendly: Loves baking or prepping creative, child-friendly snacks.
- Reliable & Punctual: Consistent attendance is crucial for our family's schedule.
- Nurturing & Patient: Able to keep a calm, positive environment during post-school tiredness.
- Requirements: CPR / First Aid certified (or willing to obtain), background check clearance, references from previous childcare roles.
- A brief introduction and a summary of your experience with toddlers/young children.
- Your current availability and preferred hourly rate.
- Your favorite kid-friendly snack to make or bake!
