Nanny Wanted - Full Time Nanny / Family Assistant - 40 Hours/Week

We are a family looking for a warm, reliable and proactive full-time nanny/family assistant to join our household and help care for our two young children (3 yo & newborn). Note, the 3 year old is in daycare full time, and Mom is currently on maternity leave and will be primary caregiver for newborn. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children but is also comfortable helping keep our household running smoothly. The ideal person is organized, dependable, energetic and happy to take initiative. Typical Weekly Schedule – 40 Hours Monday: 7:00–11 AM & 3:00–7:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00–11 AM & 3:00–7:00 PM Thursday: 7:00–11 AM & 3:00–7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM Saturday: 3:00–8:00 PM Sunday: OFF We are looking for someone who has some flexibility with the schedule as needs continue to evolve. There may occasionally be opportunities to adjust hours or stay later on a Saturday/evening with advance notice. We are also more than happy to offer some flexibility in return. Responsibilities will include:

• Helping with the children’s morning routine and getting them ready for the day
• Childcare and age-appropriate activities
• Children’s and general household laundry
• Light household tidying and organization
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Meal preparation and helping with family dinners
• Keeping children’s areas, toys and belongings organized
• Afternoon/evening support including dinner, occasional bedtime routines
• Occasional evening/date-night coverage
• Ability to travel with family

What we’re looking for:

• Previous nanny or childcare experience
• Warm, patient and confident with young children
• Reliable, organized and able to take initiative
• Comfortable helping with household tasks during non-childcare hours
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle preferred
• References required
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
