Migration Specialist at Kinaxis

Contribute to client projects with Kinaxis as a Migration Specialist in Ottawa, Canada. Focus on facilitating upgrades, managing support cases, and enhancing operational efficiency in a hybrid work model. As a critical member of the Upgrades & Migration team at Kinaxis, you will provide technical support and coordinate upgrade projects for our global customers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as fluency in Windows environments, to effectively address product and service issues. You'll play an essential role in strengthening our innovative supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate product updates or upgrades for customer environments
Manage support cases and knowledge base articles
Communicate maintenance windows to internal and external audiences
Create Analytic Comparison reports for patch management
Attend support meetings to share critical updates

Requirements:

Enrolled in a related post-secondary program
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and troubleshooting capabilities
Familiarity with Windows environments
Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
