Remote Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist

Join a dynamic team as a part-time Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist focused on executing migrations remotely. Utilize your expertise in Active Directory and support over 300 users in this pivotal role. Our client is looking for an experienced Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist for a 2-month remote contract. You will execute migration waves and tackle complex troubleshooting during production cutovers. This role demands independence and strong organizational skills to ensure a smooth migration journey for the users involved. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Active Directory migration and transformation tasks
- Support Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Configure and execute migration tooling, preferably Quest ODM
- Perform user migration execution and troubleshooting
- Validate application dependencies and support rationalization
- 5+ years in Active Directory migration roles
- 5+ years in Microsoft 365 tenant migrations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in structured runbooks and documentation
- Ability to work under pressure during cutovers
