Active Directory Migration Specialist Remote

Become an essential part of a large-scale Active Directory and Microsoft 365 migration project, working remotely in Canada. This part-time contract role requires strong execution skills and migration support expertise. Our client seeks an experienced Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist for a two-month contract position, with a strong chance of extension. You will primarily execute a structured migration program, focusing on production cutovers and workstation migrations for around 300 users. Your role requires both independence and effective collaboration with project stakeholders during critical cutover activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Active Directory migration and transformation activities
• Support tenant-to-tenant migrations in Microsoft 365
• Configure and utilize migration tools, preferably Quest ODM
• Handle workstation and endpoint migration responsibilities
• Troubleshoot user migration and cutover issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Active Directory migration experience
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 tenant migration experience
• Proven skills in troubleshooting complex migration challenges
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
